The weather in November as expected is changing as the season moves well into autumn and towards winter. This does not make activities such as swimming and scuba diving impossible. On the contrary, many locals, as well as tourist, still go to the beach as the sea temperature is around 22°C and fills quite warm and comfortable, especially with people from countries situated much northern than Cyprus. As Cyprus has a Mediterranean climate, it enjoys warm and sunny weather through the year. Many other outdoor activities could be enjoyed during November, such as bicycling, walking in the countryside and along the mountain trails, tennis, and last but not least golfing. Another popular activity during this time of the year is touring the local wineries.

Many visitors from the UK, Russia and the Scandinavian countries prefer this month for visiting Cyprus because the weather is so pleasant and enjoyable. Towards the end of November, the rainy season begins. November has more than an average of 7 rainy days. Humidity is pleasant at around 63%. Daily average temperatures are around 17°C (63°F), but sometimes climb to 22°C (72°F) and drop to 12°C (54°F), mainly inland and around the Nicosia area. There are just about 8 hours of sunshine during the day. Nightly temperatures are always lower, and the cold sea breezes in the coastal areas, are showing their teeth, especially towards the late evening. The wind speed goes also a bit up to an average of 12 kph.

A pick in November's calendar is the International Cyprus Rally (the dates are not always steady though, as they change year after year and are sometimes moved to March/April), which is loved by locals and visitors who fill up the otherwise deserted country roads with life. The rally goes on for three days and spectators, who visit the mountains, especially during nighttime, notice much colder temperatures, which could go as low as 6°C above zero.
